Note: Both HS (Human Services) and ED (Education) versions are available at the time of purchase, and both are psychometrically valid. In the Human Services version, the term “client” is used to describe the population served. In the Education version, the term “student” is used. These terms are generally considered to be interchangeable with other terms used in a wide range of other sectors, and the ARTIC has been used across a wide range of other sectors.

Every purchase of the online ARTIC Scale is for use with a single program evaluation/study. Discounts will be available for purchasers to do more than one or a series of program evaluations/studies.

In general, single program evaluation/study is characterized by: 1) use of the same ARTIC version (ARTIC-45) across time points; 2) a question that the program evaluation/study seeks to answer that is consistent across all time points; and 3) a group of respondents that share consistent characteristics (i.e., same agency or school system, same set of departments or schools, same job roles) across all time points.
