Welcome! The Sidran Institute has joined the Traumatic Stress Institute

The Sidran Institute – Helping Professionals and Survivors

The Sidran Institute has long been known as a provider of traumatic stress education and advocacy. Their aim has been twofold:

  • to give helpers and professionals the tools they need to provide more effective trauma treatment, including  publication of the original Risking Connection® curriculum
  • to provide survivors and their loved ones with access to information about traumatic stress, resources, hotline lists, and a helpline

We are proud to announce that the Sidran Institute is now part of the Traumatic Stress Institute. We have big plans for the future, so you can expect changes over the coming months as we integrate services. Access to the helpline will remain the same. While there are coming changes to Sidran Press, publications will remain accessible. Read more about services and changes below.
