TRAUMA-INFORMED BELIEF SCALE is a 19-item measure developed by the Traumatic Stress Institute that assesses staff attitudes favorable to trauma-informed care. Considerable empirical research has been done on this measure. A research project is underway in collaboration with Tulane University Department of Clinical Psychology to revise this measure and strenghten its psychometric properties.
