Thanks for Registering for Reinstatement - We're Here to Help
You’ve just purchased access to an RC Reinstatement video. Check your email for access to your chosen video. If you do not receive an email, your server’s security settings may have hindered delivery – contact us at tsisupport@klingberg.com or 860-832-5523 for help.
Why Do I Need to Complete Reinstatement?
RC Trainers are required to attend 2 RC Trainer events each year, including an RC Recertification (Recert) every 2 years (Recert counts as one of your 2 events in a Recert year). These are continuing professional development to benefit you as you train and implement RC in your organization.
All RC Trainers received an email in early January with their final RC Trainer record for 2025. Those who did not meet requirements also received a Reinstatement notice.
Reinstatement is a process that allows RC Trainers who did not meet their event attendance requirement to “catch up” by watching recordings of RC Webinars. Reinstatement is an à la carte process; if you only need one event to meet your 2 event requirement, register for only one event.
Still Need Another Event?
If you need more than one webinar to meet your requirement, you can find registration on both our events page and below.

This RC Trainer Webinar addressed the challenges of staying RICH when having difficult conversations during supervision or with colleagues in the workplace. Conflict can affect our ability to communicate. Effective communication is key to staying RICH and arriving at mutually agreeable solutions.
Discussion included neurobiology behind reactions to conflict, personal hot buttons that contribute to conflict, and use of validation and empathy to advance conversation.

Wellness practices are increasingly viewed as a critical and holistic response to the impact of childhood adversity and trauma and therefore integral to a trauma-informed approach, both within and beyond the developmental disability (IDD) field.
The teaching of wellness practices has often been viewed as the job of licensed professionals like therapists or applied behavior analysts, but it is important for everyone and need not require clinical involvement.

In this webinar, RC Treaters investigated the negative health outcomes correlated with adverse childhood experiences for LGBT+ individuals. They engaged applications of the RC Framework that address the impaired self-capacities associated with LGBT+ lifestyle factors, such as daily interactions in intolerant environments and an inability to actualize one’s self-concept (to be their true self).
Additionally, RC treaters took stock of their awareness, biases, and personal relationships to gender and sexual identity to address any limiting beliefs that may adversely affect these goals.
